Invincible Movie Story - Synopsis.
Invincible was based upon
the true story of Vince Papale (Mark Wahlberg), a man who made his dream come true.
When the coach (Greg Kinnear) of Papale's hometown football team
hosted an open tryout, the public thought that it was a waste of time.
No one good enough was going to be found in this manner. Certainly no top players.
The 30 year-old Papale, teacher and bartender, who never had never even played college football.
To everybody's surprise Papale made the team, moving from his cheap seats in the upper
deck to a professional football player.
Also starring: Lola Glaudini, Elizabeth Banks and Kirk Acevedo.
